Directed by Juliane Dressner, Edwin Martinez
Follow three Brooklyn high school seniors as they pull double duty, attempting to get themselves, as well as their peers, into college. Faced with personal obstacles, a struggling school system, and a staggering lack of guidance counselors, Christine, Enoch, and Karoline take up the mantle as peer college counselors. They struggle to break the barriers that prevent low-income students from attending college. This humanistic film explores the lives of its protagonists, the journeys they face, and the communities they so compassionately seek to serve.
